Calendar access
Choose which calendars Flyby Ahead reads, including Google, Outlook, and iCloud accounts.
Where events come from
Flyby Ahead reads your events through Apple Calendar on your Mac. Any account added to the Calendar app is included, such as Google, Outlook, Exchange, or iCloud.
To add an account, open System Settings → Internet Accounts, add the account, and turn on Calendars.
Choose which calendars fly
Open the menu bar icon, choose Open Settings, and go to Apple Calendar. Turn on the calendars you want reminders for. Calendars you leave off are never used for reminders.
Calendar permission
Flyby Ahead needs permission to read your calendars. To check or change it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars and make sure Flyby Ahead is allowed.
Turning the permission off stops all reminders until you allow it again.
Your data stays on your Mac
Calendar processing happens on your Mac. Flyby Ahead has no cloud account, no ads, and no behavioral analytics, and it never uploads your calendar data.
