Troubleshooting
What to check when a flyby does not appear, and how to contact support safely.
No flyby appears
- Make sure at least one calendar is turned on in Open Settings → Apple Calendar.
- Check that Quiet Hours is not active.
- Check that the event is a timed event. All-day, canceled, and declined events never get a reminder.
- Choose Refresh Now from the menu bar.
A calendar is missing
Open the Calendar app and make sure the calendar appears there. If it does not, add the account in System Settings → Internet Accounts and turn on Calendars.
Calendar permission was refused
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars and allow Flyby Ahead.
After your Mac sleeps
Reminders you missed while your Mac was asleep can still appear when it wakes, as long as the event has not started yet.

If we need technical details, you can attach a report from Open Settings → Support → Export redacted diagnostics. It leaves out your event details.
Never send passwords, calendar credentials, or private event details. We will never ask for them.
